About coachingSix weeks to keep your human edge while you put AI to work. Build a human-first AI playbook for your real work that protects your thinking, your energy and the judgment people rely on you for.
Six live 60-minute sessions, one a week. Between sessions, you try one small practice in your own work.
Open to everyone. If you've done the Reshape Your Role bootcamp, your role map comes with you. If you haven't, you'll make a short one before session 1.
Name the thinking skills you want to protect and choose one recurring piece of work to focus on.
Begin with how AI feels to you, where it unsettles you and where it excites you, and what that means for how you approach it. Name your signature thinking skills, the judgment and know-how people come to you for that you don't want to hand over. Then choose one recurring piece of work from your role map to focus on for the next six weeks.
Practice thinking before asking AI, and learn where you can and can't rely on its answers.
AI makes it easy to accept an answer without really thinking it through, and confidence often rises even when the answer is wrong. Learn a simple routine for thinking before you ask, and practice it on a real decision from your week. Start a map of where AI is reliable in your kind of work and where it isn't.
Brief AI clearly, challenge its answers, and look for real alternatives.
Learn to brief AI the way you'd brief a capable colleague, in whatever tool your organization allows. Then challenge what comes back. AI tends to agree with you and to give similar answers to everyone, so you'll practice asking it to push back, looking for real alternatives, and taking one question to a colleague instead.
Set limits on AI use that protect your focus, recovery and core skills.
Using AI is its own kind of work. Checking output, switching between tools and the pull to use AI for everything can leave you more drained than before. Look honestly at your AI week, set limits that protect your focus and recovery, and decide where any time you save should go. Choose one weekly practice that keeps your core skills strong without AI.
Simplify a workflow, keep your judgment where it matters, and test the change with others.
The biggest gains come from changing how a piece of work flows, not just doing each step faster. Map your workflow step by step, remove what isn't needed, and decide where your judgment has to stay. Then check the change with the people it affects, and test it as your final experiment.
Build your personal AI playbook, share what you've learned, and plan your next 90 days.
What you've learned is worth more when it's shared. Agree simple norms with your team, turn your six weeks into a one-page personal AI playbook, and prepare a short summary of your experiments. Your summary includes one clear request for the support, access or time you need. Then set your plan for the next 90 days, with a date to review how it's going.
Leave your details and we'll tell you when the next cohort opens. This list is only for Make It Real.
