What makes this different

This isn't an AI course. It's a redesign of your work around who you are.

The bootcamp is built on more than two decades of job crafting research: how people reshape what they do, who they do it with and why it matters. The foundation is Wrzesniewski and Dutton's 2001 paper in Academy of Management Review.

AI is one lens inside that process. We won't tell you which tools to use or teach you technical tricks. We'll help you work out where AI fits in your role and help you try it on your own terms.

You'll also do the part most AI programs skip: protecting your judgment, setting your own standards for when you use AI, and making your value visible to the people who decide what your role becomes.

Show initiative, not just interest. Show your manager and organization that you're learning where AI fits in your work. Bring them a next step instead of waiting for instructions.

The three sessions

From where you are to what's next

Each session is 90 minutes live, with guided worksheets you complete in the session. Every session ends with something concrete in your hands.

Session 1

Map your role

Look at your everyday tasks, then map one recurring workflow from start to finish. Identify the outcome, handoffs and checks, where your judgment matters, and what could change with or without AI.

You leave with your role map and one workflow to explore

Session 2

Find your human edge

Clarify your values and the contribution you make through your experience, judgment and relationships. Use real examples from your work, not a strengths assessment. Practice judging AI output and set your own standards for using it.

You leave with your human edge profile and personal AI charter

Session 3

Shape what's next

Turn what you've learned into a role proposal with a goal and one small change to test. Set out the support or approval you need, who else is affected and how you'll review whether it helps. Bring your manager a practical next step.

You leave with your role proposal and manager conversation guide

How it works

  1. 1Before you start, about 30 minutes. Reflect on what matters to you at work, note one contribution you're proud of, and check what AI tools your company allows. No strengths survey needed.
  2. 2Three live 90-minute sessions. Short teaching, guided worksheets, and polls. Use your interactive workbook in the participant hub to develop your role map, human edge profile and role proposal.
  3. 3Between sessions. Use guided reflection and try one small, permitted change. Compare the result with how you work now, including quality, checking and rework, then decide what to keep, adjust or stop. You can participate with or without AI.

Personal AI charter

Set boundaries for using AI, including what's allowed, what to check and which decisions need your judgment.

A plan with one change to test, the support or approval you need, who it affects and how you'll review results with your manager.

Talking points to explain your proposal, ask for training or support, agree on boundaries and decide together how to review the change.

Guided reflection prompts

A set of between-session prompts you can use with an approved AI tool or on paper.

Your bootcamp questions

What does reshaping your role mean?

It means making changes to your tasks, work relationships and how you use your strengths. In the bootcamp, you'll look at what AI could change in your work and prepare a proposal to discuss with your manager.

When are the live bootcamp sessions?

Reshape Your Role for the AI Era runs on Wednesdays, October 28, November 4 and November 18, 2026. There is no session November 11. Each live virtual session starts at 11 am Eastern Time (8 am Pacific Time) and lasts 90 minutes.

How much does the bootcamp cost?

The bootcamp costs $99 USD. Your registration includes the three live sessions, interactive participant hub and workbook, all worksheets, guided reflection prompts and replays of every session, available for 30 days.

What is the interactive bootcamp hub?

The participant hub is your separate, participant-only space for the bootcamp. It includes an interactive workbook for your role map, values exercise and role proposal, along with preparation activities, session links and replays. It gives you a visual way to work through how you want your role to evolve. Access is included with your registration.

Do I need to be technical or already use AI?

No. This is about your work, what matters to you and the contribution you make. AI is one lens, and we meet you wherever you are, including if you've never used it. No strengths assessment is required.

What if my company restricts AI tools?

You'll get full value. Before the bootcamp you'll confirm what's allowed, and every exercise has a version that works with limited access or none. We never ask you to use a tool or share information your company doesn't permit.

Is this about finding a new job?

It's about shaping the job you have. Many people leave with a plan to grow in place. The same work will help if you do decide to move.

What if I can't attend live?

Every session is recorded, and the worksheets work at your own pace. Coming live gives you the chance to ask questions.

Can my employer pay for it?

Often, yes. After you register we'll send a short letter explaining what you'll learn and how it helps your team.

Bring it to your team

We run private bootcamps for organizations and AI Starting Lab workshops for managers. Help your team try AI, check its output and agree on shared standards.
